As I sit in my office, thinking about all the calls to make and paperwork to figure out. I think of why this part the job is not so exciting in my day. One thing i do know is that it is just as important as the jumping around, losing my breath on Sunday mornings.
In ministry their are times when being a good leader means attending to the small things that make ginormous lasting effects. Thats why we hand write out all our thank you cards for new attenders.
That is why encouragement cards are made, newsletters are sent, video editing is done, sermons are started months in advance. All time is spent trying to make things better.
and we could never thank you enough for all your efforts. So thank you for all your hard work and thank you for giving us and our kids a wonderful place to worship.
